We understand that each matter is unique and that every client does not need the same amount of legal services. Whether you need representation from start to finish or for just a specific phase of your case, we offer 2 types of low, affordable plans to meet your specific needs. Both plans have a set fixed rate so you will never receive unexpected bills and you will never be charged for phone calls or e-mails. With the Subscription plan, we offer approximately an 80% savings in comparison to the statewide average.

We cover a majority of counties in Florida. Contact us as early as possible, some services are based on attorney availability.

SUBSCRIPTION

Fixed rate subscription is ongoing representation. This is a great option for clients that need and/or want to have an Attorney retained for the duration of their case. The fixed rate subscription includes services in a standard case, these are identified by a * in the list under Limited Scope for a single specific service.

Our pricing is simple and direct. After our initial administrative fee, there is one simple low price, per month. We understand that family law cases are complex and may require immediate attention. No family should be denied quality representation due to finances. Our monthly subscription plan anticipates that there will be times in which more work is needed and allows us to balance that cost over time.
